Job Description: The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting HiLabs’ core marketing operations and expanding its market presence. This role is appropriate for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and eager to contribute to our team’s success in a dynamic and rapidly expanding workplace.
Campaign Management involves planning, executing, and optimising integrated marketing campaigns to increase leads and customer acquisition. Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs.
Create interesting content for several marketing platforms, including social media, email, and websites. Support for thought leadership development to help HiLabs stand out as an industry leader. Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and successful marketing materials.
Conduct market research to detect industry trends, gain customer insights, and explore new company opportunities. Use data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies and messaging recommendations.
Manage digital marketing platforms including SEO, SEM, and email marketing to boost online exposure and engagement.
Effectively manage and build our social media presence through continuous and engaging communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing strategies that support sales targets.
Coordinate trade exhibitions, webinars, and other marketing events to boost thought leadership and brand presence.
Analytics: Analyse marketing analytics to measure efficacy and ROI.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a marketing capacity.
- Proven success in creating and implementing marketing programmes that increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, such as demand generation, social media marketing, business development, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace, as well as handle several projects with many stakeholders
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or IT is preferred, but not essential.
