Four Seasons Hotel Miami
Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban sanctuary hidden on the residential side of Brickell, surrounded by Miami’s most popular neighbourhoods. The hotel has a tranquil two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Centre & Spa, a multi-million dollar art collection, an award-winning restaurant – EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami’s most seductive and exciting attractions, as chosen by in-house specialists.
The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Painter/Wallcoverer with a desire for excellence and excitement in their work. Our staff have the potential to shape our visitors’ experiences by providing great knowledge and service in support of our globally recognised organisation.
Responsibilities:
The job obligations include, but are not limited to:
- The ability to maintain physical property and furnishings in a way comparable to that of a luxury hotel.
- The capacity to clean and restore painted surfaces around the property.
- Ability to keep brushes and rollers in good shape.
- The ability to execute all allocated tasks in a safe and complete manner.
- The capacity to take all necessary safety precautions when handling tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially hazardous equipment or supplies.
- Capable of completing all allocated projects on time.
- The ability to keep a clean, neat, and organised workspace.
- The ability to always behave oneself professionally in order to reflect Four Seasons Hotels’ high standards.
- The capacity to adhere to correct payroll and uniform practices.
- The ability to respond to and report any mishap, no matter how trivial.
- The ability to maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees.
- The ability to perform additional jobs or projects as given by hotel management and personnel
Skills/Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar subject.
- Good communication, writing, and oral skills.
- Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
