Montefiore Health System’s primary care practice network, known as Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), is looking for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine educated primary care physicians to work at our 20 locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties.We offer a collaborative team environment and the chance to make a difference in patient care in the Bronx.Several MMG sites are eligible to sponsor J1 exemptions and H1B visas, as well as the NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Programme.

In this position, the primary care physician will:

• Manage and direct general physician’s medical treatment.
• Emphasise early diagnosis of diseases, preventive, and overall wellness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all patients
• Work with our Integrated Behavioural Health team to provide comprehensive primary care for all patients.
• Work with medical experts and quality coaches to guarantee best practices.
• Prioritise quality results and comprehensive care coordination.

Requirements:

• Completing a US-accredited IM or FM residency programme
• NYS Medical Licence
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• DEA
• BLS
