Work Hours and Shift:

Full-time/days and nights available.

You will be responsible for:

• The registered nurse is in charge of providing coordinated nursing care to a patient or group of patients inside a patient care unit, as well as managing and supervising related clinical tasks on a daily basis.
• In providing patient care, they use nursing skills such as assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Applicants must have graduated from a nursing school.
• Must be graduating in the coming year or have graduated within the previous year.
• Current RN licence (may apply without a licence, but must have one before being hired).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferable.
• The American Heart Association’s current BLS.
• Professional Resume.

Job Summary:

The Nurse Resident is in charge of providing and supervising direct and indirect overall nursing care obligations to identified age groups. Uses the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to achieve the nursing department’s goals. Nurse Residents and experienced nurses joining a training programme will be directly supervised by a preceptor for all primary duties and responsibilities during the training programme, with the eventual transition to independent practice following successful completion. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal agency and accrediting body rules and regulations. Actively participates in providing exceptional customer service and accepts responsibility for sustaining relationships that are equally respectful of everybody.

Licensure Deadline

Prior to the program’s commencement date, you must have a registered nurse licence.
