JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with acute dialysis expertise to provide dialysis services to patients at area hospitals and other facilities contracted with Puget Sound Kidney Centres (PSKC).

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a hospital or acute-care setting and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace. It is preferable to have prior experience with hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, extended nighttime dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). RNs with no dialysis experience can receive training.

  • For those with prior nursing experience (direct dialysis experience preferable), visa sponsorship is available.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • A nursing degree from a recognised nursing school.

 

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) licence from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a compact nursing licence is required.

 

  • Current American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

 

  • A minimum of one year of RN experience in a clinical or acute setting is required.

 

  • Microsoft Office software suite experience is necessary.

 

 

 

Location/Hours

The primary work site is the Pacific and Colby campuses of Everett Providence Hospital. Shifts are typically 12 hours long, and you must be able to take calls.

 

 

 

Benefits and Compensation

This position pays between $35.99 and $60.25 per hour. Wage offers are based on a variety of variables, including previous experience in the same or a similar field.
