The Yellowstone Club’s Facilities department is now looking for applications for a Transport Driver.

The Transportation Driver’s role is to securely transport personnel to and from resorts, employee housing and surrounding towns.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure that each member and guest receives exceptional guest service in a guest-friendly environment, which includes greeting and thanking every member and guest, maintaining great service standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
• Empowered to guarantee 100% guest satisfaction, provide hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests, and ensure that all transactions with guests are conducted in a legal and ethical manner.
• Understand and follow all property safety and security measures to ensure a safe environment for staff, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical assistance as needed and call the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Maintain a good working relationship with all firm employees to build and maintain a happy working environment.
• Drive and operate multi-passenger vehicles fueled by petrol or diesel to carry staff between Yellowstone Club, Big Sky Town Centre, Belgrade and off-site housing places.
• Keep the car interiors and exteriors clean for passengers.
• Prepare and submit records containing the number of passenger trips, ridership, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Work closely with Fleet Mechanics to keep vehicles running and fixes completed on time.
• Check the vehicle’s tyres, brakes, windscreen wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water and safety devices to ensure they are all in good working order.

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in proper and safe driving of cars.
• 3 months of experience driving for transportation
• Physically capable of driving petrol or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with Members, guests, coworkers, vendors, and other Yellowstone Club departments. I am able to write properly and legibly.
• Able to conduct simple math computations.

The offered position is full-time, seasonal, and located in Big Sky, Montana.
