The Nurse Practitioner’s Responsibilities Include:

Perform physical examinations and observe the patient.

Record the symptoms and medical histories of patients.

Create patient care plans and add to those that already exist.

Order, carry out, and evaluate diagnostic exams.

Observe and manage medical apparatus.

Diagnose any health problems.
