You are accountable for:
- Deliver care that supports the objectives of the Nursing Service and patient care while adhering to the Standards of Practise and hospital accountabilities.
- Provide patient-centered nursing care while adhering to the SHARE principles to maximise patient happiness.

Qualifications
What you’ll require is:
- Recent experience of at least two (2) years in a tertiary hospital environment with at least 100 beds
Candidate must possess:
- an American nursing licence or passing the NCLEX-RN exam
- IELTS Academic Score of 6.5 overall/7 in speaking (OR)26 in Speaking/89 Overall on the TOEFLiBt Academic, (OR) OET (OR), Exempt by CGFNS For consideration as a visa sponsor, you must have a visa screen certificate.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as required by the unit (recommended by the American Heart Association)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- simple computer abilities
GENERAL SUMMARY:
During their shifts, registered nurses carry out a wide range of tasks, including collaborating with doctors and other members of the multidisciplinary team, completing the nursing process and the patients’ plans of care, offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to the patients and their families, and supervising designated team members. The Charge Nurses and Nurse Manager are in charge of overseeing the Registered Nurse. Depending on the department or unit designated, specific roles and responsibilities may change.
