JOB DESCRIPTION

Skyline Farms Inc., a contemporary, family-owned and operated mixed farm, is looking for seasonal / full-time farm helpers. Employee responsibilities will be centred on grain production.

Location: near Davidson, Saskatchewan

Start date: TBD

Hourly earnings that are competitive based on credentials and abilities

A Class 5 licence and proficiency in English are essential.
Although a Class 1A licence is desired, it is not needed.

Applicants must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to handle daily equipment maintenance and field repairs. Off-season equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections should be performed by full-time staff who have basic shop knowledge and skills.

Employees will be expected to operate various farm machinery responsibly.
Previous experience operating heavy machinery is essential.

Applicants must be skilled, focused, and capable of problem solving on their own.
Manual employment requires a general level of physical fitness.

Seasonal positions can be adapted to the needs of retirees.

If necessary, the employer may assist with lodging arrangements.
